What a standard clean is for
A standard clean is designed for a home that is already maintained reasonably often. It focuses on the visible, repeatable jobs that keep rooms usable and comfortable.

When a deep clean makes more sense
A deep clean allows more time for built-up dirt, edges, fittings and areas that are not addressed every week. It is usually the better starting point after a long gap between cleans, before beginning a regular schedule, or when kitchens and bathrooms need closer attention.

- The property has not been professionally cleaned recently

What still needs to be agreed
Neither label automatically includes specialist restoration, hazardous waste, mould treatment, pest work or high-level access. Inside appliances and cupboards should be selected as extras or agreed in writing. Be honest about access and condition so the scope can be confirmed before the visit.
